The Doctor Who Rebuilt His Life From The Ground Up

“I Know What It’s Like To Have EVERYTHING & Feel Like You’re Losing It All…”

Several years into my career as a chiropractic doctor, I thought I had it figured out.

What I didn’t anticipate was how quickly success could turn into a prison of my own making.

The pressure of building a business while trying to be everything to everyone became suffocating.

I found myself escaping into CrossFit, not just as exercise, but as a way to prove something to myself and the world.

But while I was chasing validation through extreme physical challenges and competing at regional and international levels…

Everything that actually mattered was quietly falling apart.

The business was struggling.

My wife, Kendra, carried the weight of our marketing, accounting, and legal responsibilities while I remained obsessed with my next competition.

The resentment between my wife and me grew thick enough to cut with a knife.

I convinced myself she had stopped loving me, never recognizing how my misplaced priorities had created the distance between us.

My body started betraying me, too.

I suffered from herniated discs, torn hamstrings, knee and ankle injuries, and even staph infections.

By 2017, I was facing the very real possibility of losing my marriage, my business, and my health all at once.

By 2017, I was facing the very real possibility of losing my marriage, my business, and my health all at once.

“Sometimes You Have To LOSE Everything To Find What Really Matters.”

That rock bottom moment became my foundation.

I made the hardest decision of my life: to surrender my ego, lead with faith, and rebuild everything from the ground up, starting with myself.

The transformation wasn’t instant, but it did change my life.Today, 14 years into our marriage, Kendra and I have built something stronger than what we almost lost.

We have our daughter Lilly, I’ve tripled my business revenue while launching new ventures, and at 45, I’m living what I now call the “Weaponized Body” lifestyle.

And guess what?

I’m feeling, looking, and performing better than I ever did in my twenties.

The difference?

I learned that true strength isn’t about pushing your body to extremes or grinding through every challenge alone.

It’s about building sustainable systems that support every area of your life and working with a community of men who just get it.
